Circle City ABA COVID-19 Important Update 11.19.20

November 19, 2020

Dear CCABA Families,

We appreciate your continued flexibility and dedication you have all demonstrated during this time of change. I want to give you an update on COVID-19 policies for Circle City ABA and inform you of the steps we continue to take to keep our kids, families, and staff safe during this pandemic.

Updates:

  1. We are installing HEPA purifying systems in our heating and air units. HEPA is a medical-grade air filtration system that will clean and purify the air and remove 99.7% of viruses and other germs from our centers' air.

  2. We have recently installed HEPA air purifying systems in our therapy rooms, workspaces, group rooms, and offices. These air purifiers can help indoor spaces because they increase air circulation introducing fresh air into the room while removing potentially contaminated air.

  3. We continue to have our facilities thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after the center is closed every day.

  4. We conduct symptom screening for all of our employees and families at the beginning of each shift or session.

  5. We have an ample stock of PPE to assure all of our employees are safe when providing therapy to your son or daughter. Our staff and families must wear masks during the therapy day and at all times when in the center.

  6. We continually monitor the CDC and the Indiana State Department of Health for any updates, recommendations, or changes to ensure the safety of the Circle City ABA employees, children, and families.

As we enter the coming winter, we want to ensure each of you Circle City ABA is a safe environment. If you have any questions regarding scheduling or business operations, please reach out to your Center Operations Director. In addition, your Center Operations Director may provide a full list of policies and procedures upon request. Parent letters will continue to be sent out on an ongoing basis.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Lanham, M.A., BCBA

President

Circle City ABA
